Art Share Meeting
Our meeting in August stirred a lot of interest with 24 members attending. The meeting lasted an hour and a half because of the enthusiastic interest of the attendees.
The next Art Share Meeting will be at 1 pm. in the Art Room at the CAC next Monday, the third Monday of September, the 16th.
Bring your work to share with your colleagues, share your experiences of the last month, and join in our tutorial by Larry Cannon on how to improve your compositions and how to look at an art work and its compositional highlights and pitfalls.
We will begin the meeting with sharing our works and discussion, along the lines of the questions below.
- What do you think was the main idea that the artist was trying to express to the viewer?
- What do you think of the painting's composition?
- What other techniques do you think the artist used to create the painting?
